Allied 72V Lithium Batteries
Allied Lithium Batteries are the only true "Drop-In-Ready" lithium batteries for golf carts. They are the same size as your current lead-acid batteries which allow you to convert your vehicle from lead-acid to lithium in less than 30 minutes. This versatile solution allows users to convert 36V lead-acid setups (6 x 8V or 4 x 12V batteries) to lithium with Allied 72V 18AH Batteries.
Tested and Safe
Allied Battery has over 30 years of experience in Lithium and safety. LifePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is one of the safest battery chemistry available.
Our BMS (battery management system) in each battery will detect any problems with the performance of the battery and shut down any cells not functioning properly. The BMS will also protect the batteries from any over-charging or undercharging of the batteries.
FedEx and UPS have approved our product for air and ground shipping.
Dynamic solutions for every application:
72V x 18AH batteries connect in parallel you can connect anywhere from 2 to 6 batteries depending on the required distance.
Ability to add range after Initial Install: Additional Batteries can be added to the cart up to 2 years after install. Great for users who need additional run-time after the initial install.
Easy Install:
Simply remove the Lead-Acid Batteries and replace with 2 or up to 6 72V Lithium Batteries (same size batteries as lead-acid), attach cables in parallel, secure factory brackets, and the install is complete.
Which set is right for me?
Numbers are based on vehicles with 1-2 passengers on average terrain.
If the vehicle regularly has 3+ passengers onboard or is driven on hilly terrains, choose the "Extended Setup" option which will produce "Standard Setup" results.
Off-road driving may derate stated miles.
How Are They Connected?
The 72V 18AH Lithium batteries will connect in a parallel method.
If a user would like to extend the distance of the system additional batteries can be added within 2 years of installation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is important to have a 36V-12V converter for ANY 12V accessories. Hooking accessories on a single battery will potentially damage your equipment.
Always know your remaining charge.
Also our State of Charge meter has an LCD screen that provides you an accurate percentage reading so there is no guessing how much charge remains, similar to a cell phone. (Included with your battery purchase.)
No Maintenance. No Venting.
No maintenance means no maintenance. That means no watering, no acid and no corrosion. Also there is no need for rubber gloves and safety glasses when handling our batteries. Allied Battery are sealed which mean no dedicated venting is required. Great for indoor use.
Great for long term storage.
For carts, boats or RVs left in storage either for long winters or snow birds leaving their carts for months, Lithium Batteries only lose 3-5% of charge per month. Lead-Acid batteries will lose up to 33% of charge per month when not on the charger.
2-3 Hour Fast Charging.
A full 36V setup will charge in 2-3 hours versus lead acid batteries that require 10-12 hours.
Opportunity Charging:
This means you can top off your Lithium Batteries any time you want without harming the batteries (just like your cell phone). You can't do this with Lead Acid without damaging and reducing the life of the batteries.
