Yes, shipping is free on orders $125 and above. Shipping rate for orders under $125 are $13.99.

Please note; Due to the size of our Golf Carts, we are unable to offer free shipping on Golf Carts, but shipping is generally under $1000.

In most cases your order will ship same day, however in some cases it may take about one business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or holidays. Please allow 2 business days for tracking numbers to be updated.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We will always do our best to match prices of other reputable online stores.  Every day our experienced industry buyers compare prices with competitors to make sure our overall cart will be the lowest price available.  If you find a lower price from a reputable online supplier we will try to match that price to earn your confidence and business.  Of course, there are some details that matter to make it a fair match.

  • UltimateCartParts.com needs to be able to verify the lower price on the other website.
  • The item must be the exact same item - model, part number (if applicable), color.
  • The price we're matching needs to come from a reputable, US-based online company, cannot come from an auction site (eBay, for instance), and must be available for immediate shipping (unless it's a custom item). It also has to be from a reputable, established company that isn't playing games with multiple sites and prices.  Ultimate Cart Parts has one store, we aren't playing games with you.
  • When comparing prices it's important to consider shipping costs, handling and processing fees when it comes to the final comparison.
  • We do not match prices with refurbished items, close-outs, recondition or returned items.
  • Coupons or sale prices to not apply to the quoted price.  If we beat a competitors price no further discount can be applied.
  • Pricing matching does not apply to past orders.  Once an order is place we cannot offer pricing matching.

Onboard computers, motors, custom made for your cart and electronics (including lithium batteries) are not returnable unless there are manufacturer defects.

It's important that you keep your original packaging.  Items returned must be in original packaging, instructions and accessories originally included, along with the item being in resaleable, new condition.  Refunds are contingent upon inspection of items returned once received by the warehouse.Onboard computers, motors and electronics (including lithium batteries) are not returnable.Returns are subject to a restocking fee for non-warranty returns (up to 20%).  Items that are discontinued,custom-made products (including Doorworks Enclosures, Club Pro Enclosures and Dekomat products) or no longer available are not eligible for returns.We cannot accept returns outside 30 days from date of order.All original packaging, accessories and instructions must be returned with items.All returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA. Returns sent to any other address will not be refunded or credited.We are not responsible for incorrect items ordered by yourself.  We are also not responsible for cancellations requested following orders being placed.  Return policies become effective once an order has been placed.  Custom items are not returnable or cancellable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

All damage or defects (including missing parts or pieces) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or your request can be denied. When reporting damage we require photos of packaging and product damage. Battery chargers, outside of 30 days, are under manufacturer warranty and cannot be returned.

In 2019 Paypal instituted an unpopular policy of not refunding transaction fees on order refunds.  Like credit card payments Paypal charges merchants a transaction fee.  Unlike credit cards, however, Paypal keeps those transaction fees if an order is refunded.  If an Paypal-paid order for $2000 is cancelled, for instance, approximately 3% is kept by Paypal (hypothetically, 3% of $2,000 is $60).  For that reason, orders paid for by Paypal will incur a 3% charge on refunds which is a direct pass-through of our charges.  We do not wish to do this but we have no choice.  To avoid this possibility you can pay via credit card or via Amazon Pay, neither of which charge this transaction fee upon refunds.
